- Is there a clear approval step before every customer reply?
- Does the draft use real internal sources, not free guessing?
- Are escalation rules for uncertain cases defined?

- Is it clarified which personal data the AI may see?
- Does a KPI measure value (time, quality), not just ticket count?

Does AI save time if a human checks every answer? Yes. Checking a good, source-based draft is much faster than writing every answer from scratch. The bottleneck shifts from writing to deciding.
Is an autonomous bot never sensible? For narrowly bounded, low-risk cases (status, opening hours) yes — with clear labeling and an escalation path. For anything binding, a human belongs in between.
