Where processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (e) or (f) GDPR – on this website, for example, error monitoring with Sentry – you have the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to the processing of your personal data. We will then no longer process the data concerned unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. Where your personal data is processed for direct marketing, you can object to this processing at any time; the data will then no longer be used for direct marketing. Right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority

Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, you have the right under Art. 77 GDPR to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of your habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement. 5. Data Collection on This Website

Contact Form

When you send us inquiries via the contact form, your information from the inquiry form, including the contact details you provided, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We will not share this data without your consent. We keep this information for as long as is necessary to handle your inquiry and any follow-up questions; statutory retention periods remain unaffected. You can request deletion at any time at info@ozycore.de.

Analytics, advertising and campaign attribution

Google Analytics is loaded only with analytics consent. Google Ads, Meta Pixel and Meta's Conversions API are used only with separate marketing consent. Consent Mode v2 starts all analytics and advertising signals as denied. After consent, an enquiry may store UTM parameters, landing page and referrer. Contact details sent server-side to Meta are hashed and deduplicated against the browser event using a shared event ID. You can change your choice at any time through Cookie settings in the footer.

Storage periods for consent, campaign data and cookies

Your cookie choice is stored in your browser's local storage (localStorage) until you change it or clear your browser storage. Until you submit an enquiry, the website keeps UTM parameters, landing page and referrer only in your browser's session storage (sessionStorage), which is normally cleared when you close the tab; information stored with an enquiry is handled like the enquiry itself. The lifetime of Google and Meta cookies is set by those providers and we do not change it: according to Google, up to two years for the Google Analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_*) and up to 90 days for the Google Ads cookie _gcl_au; for the Meta Pixel cookies (such as _fbp) the lifetimes stated in Meta's cookie policy apply. Withdrawing consent stops further collection; you can delete cookies already set in your browser.

Error monitoring with Sentry

To detect and fix technical errors and crashes on this website and on our product site gastro.ozycore.de, we use Sentry, a service of Functional Software, Inc. The data is stored in the EU (Frankfurt, Germany) and deleted automatically after 90 days at the latest; Functional Software, Inc. is based in the USA and certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Only when an error occurs is technical information transmitted, such as browser, operating system and device type, the website version, the page address without parameters and the error trace. Names, email addresses, IP addresses and form contents are not sent to Sentry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is detecting and fixing technical errors.
