The company gets formed, then the systems have to know

Visiting a notary, registering with the commercial register and obtaining a tax number is a process. The surprise comes afterwards: your invoice template, accounting flow, website imprint and contract texts do not yet know the new entity exists.

The formation decision shapes the systems

Whether you set up a GmbH, a UG or a branch of the existing company is not only a legal question. The choice determines which fields are mandatory on an invoice, how the books are kept and who appears in the imprint. We do not make that decision, but we plan its technical consequences from the start.

Who does what

Formation and ongoing accounting run through our partner practice; regulated tax work is carried out by a licensed partner firm; legal questions go to partner law firms. OzyCore coordinates the three and builds the digital side. We spell this out because tax and legal advice are regulated professions in Germany and we do not provide them.

The digital work that follows formation

The new company details have to hold everywhere: invoice template and numbering, the route documents take to accounting, imprint and privacy notice, domain and business email, the account holder at your payment provider. Each is a small task on its own; handled separately they stay half-finished for months.

The first thirty days after formation

  • Invoice template and numbering ready with the mandatory fields
  • A defined route for documents to reach accounting
  • Imprint and privacy notice showing the new entity
  • Domain, email and payment account in the correct company name
Do you handle the formation yourselves?

The formation itself runs through our partner practice, where the notary and register steps happen. OzyCore takes on the coordination and builds the digital work that follows. You get one point of contact throughout, while the regulated steps stay with the side licensed to perform them.

Can we operate without forming a German company?

For some activities yes, for others no, and it depends on your case. An influencer campaign, for example, does not require a German entity on your side. Permanent sales, issuing local invoices or hiring change the answer; we settle that with a partner law firm rather than guessing.
