The product is ready; now how do they find you

There are two separate routes to being visible in Germany and most companies conflate them. One requires a physical location, the other does not, and which fits you decides both budget and timing.

Local visibility is a matter of address

A Google Business Profile, map results and local searches all depend on a verified physical location. A company without a German address cannot use that channel; a company with one that ignores it is wasting the cheapest visibility available. The decision point is simple: does your customer find you by coming somewhere, or do you work remotely.

National visibility is language and content, not location

For a company selling into Germany from a distance, visibility is built in search results, content and advertising. What decides it here is whether the German content was genuinely written in German and whether the product answers the questions a German buyer asks. Machine-translated content usually earns impressions in this channel and not clicks.

Our sister brand runs this side

Video, social media, advertising and Business Profile work are carried out by OzyCore Studio, along with creator campaigns for the Turkish-speaking audience in Germany. The split is not arbitrary: a software team and a production team run on different rhythms, and merging them under one brand slows both. Your point of contact still stays single.

Four questions before planning visibility

  • Do you have a verifiable physical address in Germany
  • What words might a German buyer use to search for you
  • Who will write the German content and who approves it
  • Is there someone who can answer an enquiry in German
We have no address. Can we still be visible?

Yes, but not through the local channel. Maps and the business profile require a verified location. Without an address, visibility can be built through content, search and advertising; campaigns, content production and advertising also do not require a German entity on your side.

Visibility first or product first?

In practice the product. Visibility that brings traffic to a product that is not ready buys you the most expensive feedback there is: an interested visitor who does not come back. Once the German interface, the invoicing flow and someone who can answer in German are in place, visibility spend earns its keep.

Let us work out which channel fits

Tell us whether you have an address and who you sell to. Usually one of the two channels rules itself out immediately.
