İlmek Privacy Policy
Apart from the optional duel feature, İlmek does not collect, process or share personal data. This page explains what the app keeps on your device, what goes to Apple iCloud for duels and what is never collected.
1. Data collected: duels only
İlmek has no accounts, asks for no credentials and does not read your location, contacts, photos or device identifiers. The app contains no analytics, advertising or tracking libraries. Its Apple privacy manifest declares only a name and gameplay content for duels, not linked to your identity and not used for tracking.
2. What stays on your device
Your daily puzzle progress, the days you completed, your settings (haptics, sound, appearance) and whether the tutorial was shown are kept only in the app's storage on your device. They are never sent to us or to any server. Deleting the app deletes them. Depending on your iOS backup settings they may be included in your device backup, which is governed by Apple's terms.
3. Network access
For the daily puzzle and the Workshop İlmek never opens an internet connection. Puzzles are generated on your device from a seed derived from the date, which is why everyone sees the same puzzle on the same day without a server. The network is used only to write and read duel records in Apple iCloud and to receive result notifications.
4. Sharing
The "Share" button opens the iOS share sheet. The shared content is an image of your result, a short text and a link; you choose where it goes and İlmek does not record the action.
5. Duels
If you use duels, the nickname you enter (optional), the puzzle code, your solve time and hint count are stored in the public database of Apple iCloud (CloudKit) and can be read by duel participants and by OzyCore. No account is created; Apple does not give us your identity. You can request deletion of these records at info@ozycore.de, quoting the duel code. Outside duels İlmek collects no data.
6. Apple and the App Store
The app is distributed through the App Store. Data Apple collects during download or, if you allowed it in iOS settings, through anonymous crash reports is governed by Apple's privacy policy. OzyCore only sees the aggregated, anonymous statistics Apple provides to developers.
7. Children
The duel name is optional; left empty, İlmek collects no personal data. The app contains no feature that requires an age check.
8. Your rights and contact
The controller is OzyCore GmbH, Kreuzberger Ring 24, 65205 Wiesbaden, Germany. For duel records you can request access, correction or deletion at info@ozycore.de, quoting the duel code; beyond that İlmek keeps no records about you.
9. Changes
If this policy changes, the current version is published on this page and the date is updated.
