Challenge
Kebab shops, pizzerias and imbisses lose up to 30% per order to delivery platforms and hand over the customer relationship along with it. Building an own channel founders on engineering, App-Store friction and German regulation (VAT splitting, GoBD, DSGVO, fiscal receipts).
Solution
A multi-tenant platform that gives each venue its own branded ordering channel: an SEO-ready web shop, one white-label iOS app per brand from a single SwiftUI codebase, a SUNMI receipt terminal, and a courier app with live tracking. Deny-by-default RLS isolates every tenant; payments settle via Stripe Connect direct charges straight to the restaurant — never through the platform.
