KEY-FI — a multilingual advisory journey for insurance, credit and pensions
Client project: calculators with no contact gate, advice only after explicit opt-in.
Challenge
Insurance and financial advice is usually sold online through forms that demand a phone number before offering anything useful. That produces leads but rarely trust — and in Germany it adds a consent problem: anyone who is to be contacted must have demonstrably agreed to it. KEY-FI wanted the opposite order: be useful first, ask second. On top of that comes a multilingual audience that has to understand the same subject matter in German, Turkish and English without it turning into three separate websites.
Solution
The journey is built so that usefulness comes before contact: ten calculators covering pensions, private health insurance, credit, supplementary cover, wealth building, home savings and commercial risk can be used entirely without handing over contact details. Anyone who then wants advice goes through a callback form or, as an intermediary, a partner form; contact happens only after explicit opt-in. In content terms the site covers three areas: commercial cover from fleet to occupational pensions, personal provision from private health insurance to disability cover, and credit and financing from mortgages to debt consolidation, rounded out with energy topics such as heat pumps and photovoltaics. Technically it is deliberately lean and statically served, so calculators and content are there immediately even on a weak connection.
