Mein-Bau R.E. Haustechnik — a website for a building-services company
An unusually broad set of trades, structured so a visitor finds the right one immediately.
Challenge
Mein-Bau R.E. Haustechnik covers an unusually broad range: sanitary, heating and underfloor heating, ventilation and climate control, heat pumps in air, brine and water variants, electrical installation, photovoltaics, charging points and battery storage — plus energy consulting including KfW and BAFA funding. That breadth is exactly the problem online: someone looking for a heat pump does not want to wade through generalist copy. The previous presence was outdated, not built for mobile, and left the service range effectively invisible.
Solution
We built the site around the trades rather than around the company: each service area is findable on its own and names concretely what it covers, from gas installation to battery storage. Energy consulting with its KfW and BAFA angle is called out separately, because it is the most common entry point into a larger modernisation project. The site serves four very different audiences — private customers, commercial clients, property managers and tender projects — and has to get each of them to contact in a few clicks. Technically the result is deliberately lean: statically served, mobile first, anchored locally to Wiesbaden and the Rhein-Main region.
