Vardio: A multilingual job marketplace for shift work
An in-house product for iOS and web: AI-drafted job ads in three languages and matching you can explain.

Challenge
Diaspora communities across Europe rarely lack motivation — they lack a frictionless surface. Job listings are in the local language, CVs are formal, platforms don't verify, and applications take days. Mainstream job boards solve none of those, and they ignore the reality of shift and short-term work.
Solution
Vardio is built as its own product — iOS in SwiftUI, web in Next.js, one shared Supabase backend. Employers fill in a structured wizard and a language model drafts the complete listing in German, Turkish and English at once. Applicants don't need a formal CV: their profile text and short profile are drafted the same way from a handful of structured fields. An AI moderation layer reviews listings and edits before they go live. Matching scores category, location, language, availability and pay, and shows the reason behind every result. Jobs appear on a map, and alerts go out over push and WhatsApp. Application data is held in the EU.
