A company website for the German market, built entirely remotely
We design, build and maintain your website without a single site visit: one video call to start, then everything in writing plus a preview link where you can see the current state at any time.
For companies working across borders that need a website German customers take seriously, without booking travel to get it.
How we work
Why this works without meeting in person
Website projects rarely fail on the technology. They fail on agreements nobody remembers the same way afterwards. Working in writing makes that better, not worse.
One video call to start
We go through goals, content and scope. Everything after that happens in writing.
Decisions you can read back
Requirements, changes and approvals are written down. Nobody has to remember what was said in a meeting.
A live preview instead of status calls
You can see the current state at any time through a preview link, not only at the next meeting.
No travel time in the quote
What we do not drive does not appear on the invoice.
Scope
What you get
Not a template with the colours swapped. Structure, copy and engineering are built for your company.
Structure and copy
Page structure, navigation and a copy framework built around what your customers actually search for.
Design and build
An original design rather than a template, shipped as a fast and maintainable site.
Technical groundwork
Load time, mobile rendering, accessibility basics, and privacy and imprint pages that satisfy German law.
Findable from day one
Clean metadata, structured data and a sitemap, so search engines can make sense of the site at all.
After launch
A website is a state, not a project
Launch is the beginning. Without care a site decays quietly: dependencies become unsafe, content goes stale, visibility slips and nobody notices.
Updates and security
Keeping dependencies current, following advisories, closing gaps before they are used.
Content changes
New service, new location, new team: you write it, we ship it.
Backups and restores
Regular backups and a tested way back. A backup that has never been restored is not a backup.
Visibility watched
We check Search Console for what you are found for and where pages drop out of the index.
How we price
How a price comes together here
It is the question most people have before the first call. A price list answers it badly, because two websites with the same number of pages can land far apart. So we set out what the price is actually made of instead.
What moves the price
Scope and number of pages, whether copy and images already exist or still have to be produced, how many languages, connections to systems you already run, and how much of the design has to be built from scratch. These are the first things we ask about.
One-off and recurring are kept apart
Concept, design and build happen once. Hosting, support and further development continue. The written offer lists both blocks separately, so you can see what is paid once and what returns every month.
Nothing that surfaces only at the end
The offer states how many review rounds are included and what is billed beyond them. What is not included is written down as well — photo production or purchased licences, for example.
How you get to your number
Describe the project; a rough outline is enough. If something is missing we ask before we calculate. You receive a written offer with fixed line items and can take your time with it. A call afterwards is possible, but not a condition.
Evidence
Websites we have built
Not mock-ups. These sites are live and belong to companies that work with them every day.
MeinBau — building services
Plumbing, heating, ventilation, heat pumps and solar are each findable on their own, with energy consulting as its own entry point.
Akıncı Bau — cable and civil engineering
FTTC and FTTH described precisely, grid expansion explained, and references from across Germany made visible.
KEY-FI — enquiry funnel
A multilingual funnel for insurance and financing: ten calculators usable without handing over contact details, contact only after explicit consent.
And what we run ourselves
OzyCore Gastro, e-Rechnung Inbox and LuniOps are our own products, in daily use. We maintain our own software, not only other people's websites.
Common questions
What clients ask before starting
What does a website cost with you?
We do not publish prices, because scope determines price and a figure without scope would mislead. After your description you get a written proposal with one-off and recurring items listed separately. If your expectation and our proposal do not meet, we say so directly rather than quietly cutting scope.
Can we change text and images ourselves later?
Both are possible, and we settle it before the proposal. Under care you send us the change and we ship it — for most people that is faster than operating a content system themselves. If you would rather maintain it yourself, we build the site for that; please say so early, because it changes how it is built.
Do we really never meet in person?
No. One video call to start, then written agreement and the preview link. If you would like to meet, we can — it simply is not required.
How long does a project take?
It almost always comes down to one thing: how quickly content and approvals arrive from your side. The build is rarely the bottleneck. The proposal names the sequence and the points where we are waiting on you.
Do we own the website afterwards?
Yes. The domain, the content and the delivered build are yours. You are not dependent on us continuing the care.
Can you work with our existing website?
Often yes. Whether continuing or rebuilding is cheaper depends on its condition. We tell you honestly, even when the answer is the smaller engagement.
Enquiry
Tell us briefly what you have in mind
A few sentences are enough. We reply in writing with questions and a concrete proposal — no meeting needed to get there.
