Koloni Privacy Policy
This policy covers the Koloni iOS app developed by OzyCore GmbH. Data processing on this website is described separately in the website privacy policy.

Game data stored on your device
Level progress, crumb balance, strength and armor upgrades, daily/weekly quests, settings and transaction identifiers used to prevent duplicate grants are stored on your device. Koloni does not upload these records to an OzyCore server or provide its own cloud sync. iOS device backups may include this data; manage backups through Apple settings.
Optional play-log sharing
The last 1000 attempts, including level, result, duration and action counters such as drawing/cutting, are stored on your device. In Settings → Play log you can delete this log or send it as CSV to a recipient you choose using the system share sheet. Nothing is sent automatically. Shared copies are subject to the recipient’s or service’s retention practices.
Optional Game Center
If you choose to connect to Game Center, Apple handles authentication. The app may display your Game Center name and sends leaderboard scores and achievement progress derived from your level, wins and strength progress to Apple. Visibility depends on your Apple Game Center settings. OzyCore does not maintain a separate player-profile server. You can play single-player levels without Game Center.
App Store purchases
Apple StoreKit handles payment and verification for optional crumb packs. Koloni processes the verified product, quantity and transaction identifier to grant crumbs once; the identifier is stored on your device. OzyCore does not receive your payment card details. Apple processes its account and purchase records under its own policies. Delivered consumable crumbs do not sync between devices and are not granted again through standard purchase restoration.
Advertising, tracking and permissions
Koloni contains no advertising, third-party analytics or tracking SDKs and does not use an advertising identifier. It does not request camera, microphone, contacts or location access. Data processed by Apple’s App Store, Game Center or device diagnostics is separate from the local game save and is subject to your Apple preferences.
Support correspondence
If you email us, we process your address, message and attachments to respond to your request. Do not send unnecessary personal information. Correspondence is retained as needed to resolve the request and for any applicable retention obligations; support data is not used to build advertising profiles.
Deletion and privacy requests
Deleting the app removes the local save; offloading may retain it. Device backups, Apple purchase history and Game Center data are managed separately through Apple. Contact info@ozycore.de to request access, correction or deletion of support data processed by OzyCore. Where applicable, you may contact the competent data protection authority.
