Kuyu Privacy Policy
Kuyu does not collect, process or share personal data. This page explains what the app keeps on your device and what is never collected.
1. Data collected: none
Kuyu has no accounts, asks for no credentials and does not read your location, contacts, photos or device identifiers. The app contains no analytics, advertising, crash reporting or tracking libraries. Its App Store privacy label declares "Data Not Collected"; its Apple privacy manifest lists only the system interface (UserDefaults) the app uses to keep its own settings on your device.
2. What stays on your device
Your daily puzzle progress, the days you solved and their times, your streak, your settings (haptics, sound, appearance, free-play difficulty) and whether the tutorial was shown are kept only in the app's storage on your device. They are never sent to us or any other server and are deleted when you delete the app. Depending on your iOS backup settings they may be included in a device backup, which is subject to Apple's terms.
3. Network access
Kuyu makes no internet connections. The daily puzzle is generated on your device from a number derived from the date, so everyone sees the same board on the same day without a server.
4. Sharing
The "Share" button opens the iOS share sheet. What you share is a short line with your result and a link to this page; you decide where it goes, and Kuyu does not record it.
5. Apple and the App Store
The app is distributed through the App Store. Data Apple collects during download or, if you allowed it in iOS settings, with anonymous crash reports is subject to Apple's privacy policy. OzyCore can see only the aggregated, anonymous statistics Apple provides to developers.
6. Children
Because Kuyu collects no personal data, it contains nothing that requires an age limit.
7. Future features
If optional online features such as Game Center rankings or iCloud-based duels are added later, this page and the App Store privacy label will be updated before the feature is released.
8. Rights and contact
The data controller is OzyCore GmbH, Kreuzberger Ring 24, 65205 Wiesbaden, Germany. Kuyu keeps no records about you, so there is no data to access, correct or delete; send any questions to info@ozycore.de.
9. Changes
If this policy changes, the current version is published on this page with an updated date.
